All transportation, entrance to activities, and a private guide are included in the package. Airfare and food are not included.
Momiji offers curated itineraries that are perfect for groups looking to adventure on their own. The package includes organized daily activities, destination knowledge and insight for your trip.
Itineraries do not include airfare, food, or a guide.
Each 14-day guided trip is guaranteed to visit Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.
Alongside these guaranteed days, Momiji offers additional location options to be added to your tour. These locations are weather and crowd-dependent.
Our current Spring 2025 bonus locations include:
Kanazawa
Hidden in the Japanese Alps is this wonderful blend of mountain spirits and centuries of craftsmanship. If you're lucky enough to visit in April/October you'll get to participate in one of the most beautiful float festivals in Japan.
Himeji
Himeji Castle is an iconic symbol of feudal Japan. This majestic castle towers 100 feet above the city, a testament to the power and prestige of its builders. It is a great place to step back in time and experience the Samurai era.
Kobe
Kobe is a pristine city that blends modern innovation with historic shrines. The city is also home to a wonderful Nunobiki herb garden where you can relax and enjoy the flowers. The Nunobiki garden is open to the public and offers a variety of herbs, flowers, scented goods, and delicious tea and cakes.
Nagoya
Frequently overlooked, but filled with wonderous things such as the Studio Ghibli Park, Legoland, and the entrance to the Japanese Alps. Tours that include Takayama typically stop in Nagoya on the way up!
